Free-sweeping Sweeper GSW Model
for mounting on your carrier vehicle
Extremely powerful even with problematic, large-volume sweeping material such as leaves, styrofoam and paper, increased filling level of the dirt container due to the overhead sweeping principle. Attachment to forklifts, wheel loaders or other carrier vehicles
Working widths: 1.20 m - 2.60 m
GSW Model
Sweeper GSW 2300 RL for free-sweeping use, for mounting on forklift trucks, wheel loaders, tractors, Unimogs or other carrier vehicles. Working width 2.30 m
Sweepers for free-sweeping use are particularly suitable for sweeping coarse dirt, snow or large-volume sweepings, such as leaves or paper waste, to the side.
If desired at any time in the future, it is possible to retrofit a free-sweeping GRÜNIG sweeper with a removable dirt collection container. This small conversion creates a combination sweeper and you don't have to worry about committing yourself to a free-sweeping machine for all time when you purchase it.

Quick-change device wheel loader and compact loader
Wheel loader and compact loader mounting plate for direct mounting of the sweeper to the quick-change device of a wheel loader, with floating position
Front loader
Device for mounting the sweeper to the front loader of a tractor, with floating position, (the mounting device for pallet forks is also required)
Front triangle mounting small tractors
Front triangle for mounting the sweeper or a lifting mast to the front hydraulics of a municipal tractor
Three-point hitch tractors
for mounting the sweeper or a lifting mast to the front/rear three-point linkage of a tractor
Device plate Unimog
suitable for Unimog vehicle plate for front mounting of the sweeper or a lifting mast to a Unimog (the lifting hydraulic cylinder or the lifting mast for high discharge is also required)
Lifting hydraulic cylinder
the Unimog equipment plate is also required for emptying the sweeper, emptying height approx. 50 cm
Equipment
The following additional equipment is available:
Side brush right or left
Sweeping diameter 600 mm, can be switched on separately, adjustable speed, with its own hydraulic drive. Optional side brush Ø 750 mm including carrier plate available
Water spray bar for sweeper and side brush
massive steel bracket around side brush
Impact protection for side brush
incl. hose connection piece with Gardena couplings and shut-off tubes
(if a water tank and pump are already available on the carrier vehicle)
Water spray device as above, but additionally with 12 volt water pump
Water tank 400 liters
2 x 200 liters, with mounting for loading platform on carrier vehicle incl. hose line
Hydraulic inclination
complete with quick release fasteners
Road boundary lights
Splash guard
Replacement brush body
made of 100 % steel, for environmentally friendly weed removal
Sweeping roller made of 100% steel
instead of 50%/50% polypropylene/steel crimped wire
24 V water pump
24 V instead of 12 V (optional)
Scraper bar for removing extremely encrusted dirt
foldable, with strong spring steel segments, applicable on asphalt or concrete floors, e.g. at construction site exits
100% steel bristle trim for main brush roller
instead of the standard trim made of 50/50% steel/polypropylene
Gear oil divider
required for oil quantities from 110 liters/minute, enables a low-heat-loss distribution of the oil flow. The excess oil flow flows via the gear set into the return flow of the wheel loader
Heavy-duty wheels
instead of the standard super-elastic tires, stable steel welded construction, tread vulcanized on wheel body made of solid elastic solid rubber, steel wire mesh in the tire base, double-welded steel tube hub, recommended for uneven ground in outdoor use, surcharge per wheel
Special paint finish
a variety of RAL colors can be selected (standard: Red/RAL 3020)
